An internship at New Mexico Magazine kicked off my magazine writing career while I was still in college. Moving back to Silver City inspired a deeper exploration of my enchanting home base and necessitated I reacquaint myself with our state travel magazine. So, my more recent string of bylines in it starts in 2017. After years of contributing regularly to New Mexico Magazine, I quit my day job in 2022. So far, my editor there is making good on his promise to keep me busy.
